SENTRA ARTA MAXIMA was established in Jakarta based on Notary Deed of ETTY NUGRAHAWATI, SH No. 43 dated November 29, 2004, which was approved by the Minister of Law and Human Rights No. C-30137 HT. 01.01.TH.2004 dated December 16, 2004. The Articles of Association were amended through Notary Deed of ETTY NUGRAHAWATI, SH No. 26 dated May 16, 2005, which was approved by the Minister of Law and Human Rights No. C-15433 HT.01.04.TH.2005 dated June 6, 2005, No.C-18317 HT.01.04.TH.2005 dated June 6, 2005, No.C-18317 HT.01.04.TH.2005 dated July 1, 2005, No.C-Um.02.01.9924 dated July 12, 2005.

The purpose and objective of establishing PT. SENTRA ARTA MAXIMA is to engage in Futures Trading, and to achieve these purposes and objectives, the Company conducts business activities as a FUTURES TRADER that carries out transactions for itself.

As a FUTURES TRADER as mentioned above, PT. SENTRA ARTA MAXIMA has obtained a Futures Trader Registration Certificate from the Commodity Futures Trading Regulatory Agency through the Decree of the Head of BAPPEBTI Number: 666/BAPPEBTI/SEP/5/2005 dated May 2, 2005.

PT. SENTRA ARTA MAXIMA has received approval as an ALTERNATIVE TRADING SYSTEM PROVIDER through the Decree (SK) of the Head of Bappebti Number: 724/BAPPEBTI/SP/6/2005 dated June 20, 2005.
